At Kushalnagar

Here we were at kushalnagar, one of the finest place i have ever been to, we have namdroling monastery here which was started by Rinpoche, its the largest monastery in south india and is really awesome, although the heat was too much still the cool breeze soothed us a bit and the moment we entered into the golden temple we knew that we had taken a right decision when we decided to come here, Frankly speaking all i know about buddhism is from TV shows and magazines and Net but if you really want to know buddhism , just visit this place.from the pics we have posted you will know more about this place.

not only that this palce offers you a full fledged market as well where you can get your bike serviced(which i did) you have loads of option for eating, infact just near to temple you have a resturant(chinese).

while having our lunch we enquired about the places we were about to go and on taking info from the locals we decided to change our route again we decided to head to Nisargadham..

highlight of the visit "Piyush finds a floating Cockroach in his curd" so choose your hotel carefully hehehehe

some background information....

Namdroling Monastery represents the fruit of the huge investment of time and energy made by Penor Rinpoche. Today, Namdroling Monastery in Byalakuppe is a thriving community and home to thousands of lamas, monks and nuns, making it the largest Nyingmapa teaching center in the world. Those who have studied or are studying at the monastery include all the major lineage holding tulkus and lamas of the Palyul tradition, including the fifth Karma Kuchen Rinpoche, the third Choktrul Rinpoche and the third Rago Choktrul Rinpoche. Their spiritual training is directed and guided by Penor Rinpoche himself. Tulkus of other traditions have also studied at Namdroling, including the Sakyong (Mipham Rinpoche), Minling Dungsey, and Minling Khenchen Rinpoche.
Rinpoche never turns away anyone who is qualified to join the monastic sangha. All the expenses required to live and study at the monastery are borne by Rinpoche. These include housing, food, medical care, clothing and even pocket money for all the monks and nuns.
It is said that those who have command over their mind can also command the physical elements. Penor Rinpoche wrote once again in ink on a conch shell, this time the mantra of Manjushri, the bodhisattava of wisdom. Even when the ink had faded the letters remained luminously embossed on the conch, which is still kept and cherished by Khenpo Namdrol. This was recognized as a sign that the tradition of Nyingma scholars would flourish and continue at Namdroling.

This is how plans are implemented....
